EntaLive Makes a Return

MSPs
Entatech are kicking off their events calendar with the return of EntaLive on 27th March at Microsoft’s Thames Valley Park Campus in Reading.

Microsoft will be joining Entatech as headline sponsor and host, delivering Microsoft Sales Accreditation specialist training to delegates. The training, which is free for all delegates, is ideal for all sales representatives from SMB’s who want to obtain a high-level overview of the technical product features and benefits associated with Microsoft’s range. During the session, delegates will learn all about the following:

•Windows products selling points and SKUs

•Selling Windows in tune to Small and Medium businesses

•Windows Server SKU features and benefits

•Competition and Objection Handling for Small-and Medium-sized Business

The content of this course will help delegates effectively promote software upgrades in advance of Windows XP going end of life in April and give delegates alternative server solutions in light of Windows SBS 2011 having gone EOL last December.

Entatech hosted two of these events last year which proved popular with resellers and resulted in over 60 delegates passing the accreditation. According to Microsoft research, partner organisations with two or more accredited sales specialists on staff will see an average of 3.5 times more revenue per deal.

Andrew Dennet, owner of Axdra Ltd who attended the last event, commented: “The course proved invaluable to us as a business – it was great to learn all about latest software solutions from a knowledgeable trainer and a good opportunity to meet like-minded people in the industry. From a business perspective, having the accreditation has already generated sales and enhanced our sales potential as other local businesses are referring business to us as we’re the only certified Microsoft partner in the area. We’ve also seen an increase in customer footfall so it’s proved really beneficial for us as a small business.”

Jon Atherton, Entatech Vice President, commented: “We’ve been incredibly pleased with the response we have had from these events. Not only do they effectively boost the sales of the reseller, but they also actively work towards building their reputation as a Microsoft reseller. It’s a fantastic tool for us to give to our resellers and I’m more than confident that this event will be just as successful for Entatech and the resellers who attend.”
