Entanet FTTP Broadband Fuels Channel’s Chances For Growth

Wholesale voice and data communications provider, Entanet, has expanded its broadband portfolio even further with the introduction of FTTP (Fibre-to-the-Premise) packages that enable resellers to serve business and residential customers with upload and download speeds of up to 30Mbps and 110Mbps respectively.

Entanet launched its first FTTC services in September last year. The new additions provide bandwidth allowance options that range from 15GB to 360GB per month, with unmetered and uncharged bandwidth available from 8pm and 12am respectively, until 8am Monday to Friday.

Commenting on the new services, Entanet’s Head of Sales, Stephen Barclay, said: “With our FTTC services already proven to be hugely popular amongst our channel partners, adding FTTP to this portfolio will enable them to take advantage of even more market opportunities. Connectivity options in the UK are growing prolifically and these products serve a segment of the market that is increasingly demanding higher speeds to run applications, combine video with voice and distribute essential bandwidth consuming files. Our partner sales and provisioning teams are assisting partners extensively right now.”

Since September last year, partners have been able to order and provision eleven FTTC-based packages via Entanet’s interactive portal, synergi. This latest announcement adds a further eleven FTTP services, each of which is available in five flexible speed options, based on combining upload speeds of up to 2Mbps, 10Mbps, 15Mbps or 30Mbps with download speeds of up to 40Mbps, 100Mbps or 110Mbps.
