Entanet, the provider of wholesale connectivity services to the channel, is urging more resellers to take IP-based voice to market through a marketing campaign that promotes the value of its VoIP service offerings and the potential that they present to resellers looking to grow their sales.
Over the next few weeks e-casts will be sent to channel partners highlighting the value of VoIP to customers and the benefits of selling the services for resellers. These communications will be supported by trade-press print adverts and pro-active call-outs by the Entanet sales team.
The aim, says Entanet’s Head of Marketing, Darren Farnden, is to encourage further take up by the channel to capitalise on the growing demand for VoIP. “The mood of the market is changing. Both enterprise and SMB customers are starting to realise that IP-based VoIP can and does work – and that it delivers significant benefits. We’ve seen a substantial uplift in enquiries about our voice services recently and this is a great time for resellers to take the VoIP message to the market. We’re seeing that customers who may not have been ready to adopt it first time round are now. This campaign reiterates the benefits of VoIP, reinvigorates resellers and drives higher levels of engagement and activity.”
The company is also putting the finishing touches to training for partners on its VoIP solutions to supplement its existing white-label sales literature and customisable user portals. A range of IP handsets can also be provided and Entanet makes direct 24/7, UK-based specialised VoIP support available to all partners and their customers. It also provides dedicated account management.
Entanet already has a well-established pedigree in delivering VoIP services and was recently crowned the winner in the ISPA Awards for Best Internet Telephony. It previously won the award in 2008. “We have continued to invest and improve our VoIP solutions offerings and have a range of services that easily match those available from any other provider in terms of the performance, choice, scalability and return-on investment,” said Farnden.
The VoIP campaign is part of part of the company’s wide-ranging Empowered by Entanet message which is targeted at raising general awareness of the scope of capabilities that Entanet can offer to reseller partners.
