The privately-owned communications provider achieved the ranking based on a revenue growth rate of 413 per cent over the last five years, identifying it as one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in EMEA.

This investment has enabled us to remain at the forefront of the industry, becoming the first provider to offer 21CN- based ADSL2+ services.”
As part of the annual ranking, Deloitte surveyed the companies about their explosive growth and their thoughts on the opportunities, challenges and threats they face. As part of this process, the company looks at how firms have innovated and invested in ongoing research and development. Entanet made the decision two years ago to invest heavily in creating a UK-wide network infrastructure and become an early adopter of next generation connectivity services. “Our strategic commitment to being the first non-BT company to take WBC at all of the 20 locations that form 21CN, is a reflection of the ambition and determination of Entanet to invest in the future and build a healthy long-term business that is both sustainable and delivers significant value to its partners and customers,” said Farnden.

This is the latest achievement in a long list of awards for Entanet. In 2008, Entanet’s impressive organic growth rate saw the company ranked 50th in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and 61st in the Sunday Times Techtrack 100 – a position it maintained this year. The company also achieved a top 100 ranking in the Tech Media Invest Top 100 in 2009.
