Entanet Receives Further Recognition For High Quality VoIP

Wholesale communications provider, Entanet, has been nominated as a finalist in the category of Best Business ITSP (SME) in the ITSPA Awards for the second year running.

The awards are organised by ITSPA (Internet Telephony Service Providers’ Association), the UK VoIP industry’s trade body, which represents network operators, service providers and other businesses involved in the supply of VoIP services. Entanet was a finalist in two ITSPA categories last year and won the Best Internet Telephony ISPA award in 2011.

This nomination follows a period of intense technical testing on behalf of ITSPA by Malden Electronics, which measured a number of metrics including voice quality, background noise, packet loss, round trip delays and jitter.

Commenting on the nominations, Entanet’s Head of Marketing, Darren Farnden said: “We’re delighted to have been short-listed for this award. This nomination further recognises the high quality and competitiveness of Entanet’s VoIP services.”

Entanet offers a comprehensive portfolio of VoIP solutions to cater for a variety of markets and customer requirements, including single user pre-pay services, multi-user business class hosted services and SIP trunking.

The company’s high quality services and channel commitment have been regularly recognised by a number of leading awards programmes including the Comms National Awards, PCR Awards, Comms Business Awards and ISPA Awards. Entanet has held the ISPA Awards title of ‘Best Internet Telephony’ twice, first obtaining the title in 2008 and regaining it in 2011.

Its significant levels of sustained organic growth have also been noted in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100, Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and Fast 500 EMEA, TechMedia Invest Top 100 and Real Business Hot 100 and Telegraph 1000 Brightest Businesses.
