Envox Looking for New Resellers

Envox Worldwide, a provider of voice solutions, has announced a strategic initiative to expand its reseller network in EMEA. The company is looking to build on a partner channel that serves a wide range of industries through a traditional Value Added Distributor/Value Added Reseller model. New VARs and System Integrators are being sought to handle the increased demand for IP-based voice solutions from the company’s enterprise and contact centre customers.

"VARs and SIs are a key driver in Envox Worldwide’s overall growth plans in EMEA,” said Mark D. Flanagan, president and CEO of Envox Worldwide. “These new channel partners will broaden our reach and enable us to address critical new business opportunities. At the same time, the ability to sell the entire Envox portfolio of products and related services will enable these new partners to satisfy the market requirements that their customers have."

Envox Worldwide’s software products are open and standards-based, allowing channel partners to create tailored voice solutions, including IP-based IVR and enhanced self-service, as well as those using Web standards such as VoiceXML. Open standards also allow solutions to be integrated seamlessly into existing corporate and business applications through C/C++, Web services, and a wide array of IT standards and technologies. The demand for open, standards-based voice solutions in general, and specifically Envox-based solutions, is rapidly expanding.

“Internet Protocol, or IP, is becoming the central technology that allows businesses to become mobile, and their employees to ‘work anywhere’. More and more enterprises, including contact centres, are demanding speech-driven solutions to augment their IP-based systems,” said Nick Applegarth, managing director of Envox EMEA. “Our existing VAR and SI network is doing a fantastic job, but we need to expand it to support the growing number of markets that are now demanding voice solutions. We are focused on building a partner network that can support customers in any market and any country in Europe.”
