UK based Envox Worldwide, a provider of voice solutions, has announced the availability of Envox CT Connect 7, the latest version of the Company’s standards-based CTI software.
CT Connect 7 provides enhanced computer telephony interoperability with IP communication networks and integration with platforms based on Web Services or service oriented architectures. The company says CT Connect 7, which makes it faster and easier to build solutions to improve customer service and contact centre operations, is helping to drive the transition from proprietary systems to communications solutions based on open standards, such as SIP and Web Services.
