Epsilon has joined the Alibaba Cloud Partner Network to deliver on-demand private connectivity to one of the world’s fastest growing Cloud platforms. Alibaba Cloud, the Cloud computing arm of the Alibaba Group, is connected to the Infiny by Epsilon on-demand connectivity platform across multiple data centre locations in Asia, Europe and North America.

Epsilon partners can directly interconnect with Cloud Service Providers including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and now Alibaba Cloud.

“Alibaba Cloud is a massive player in Asia and has one of the fastest growing public Cloud platforms in the world. Our partnership means that we are able to continuously expand our ecosystem of Cloud providers in Infiny, while supporting the rapid adoption of Cloud locally, regionally and across the globe,” said Jerzy Szlosarek, CEO at Epsilon.

“We are truly providing a platform that reduces the procurement and management of global connectivity and private Cloud access from a single source.”

Alibaba Cloud was founded in September 2009 and is now China’s largest public Cloud Service Provider. Alibaba Cloud was also ranked a top three Cloud Services Provider globally in the newly published Market Share Analysis: IaaS and IUS, Worldwide, 2017 report issued by Gartner. Its high performance, elastic Cloud computing platform is supported by an advanced network of 49 availability zones across 18 economic centres globally.

“The global Cloud market is evolving rapidly and on-demand connectivity will drive increased Cloud adoption around the world. Agile networking enables Cloud services to be successful and helps enterprises to scale as and when they need, according to business demand,” said Yeming Wang, General Manager of Alibaba Cloud EMEA. “We are excited to become a partner in Epsilon’s growing ecosystem of providers. We believe Infiny will contribute to simplifying the Cloud ecosystem and accelerate the growth of new services globally.”
