Distributor Pragma, founded a year ago by industry veterans David George, Tim Brooks and Will Morey to provide IP-PBX and unified communications products and services to the UK reseller channel, has secured a glowing reference from Ericsson-LG for their performance in the UK.
In a statement the vendor said Pragma has demonstrated ‘a high degree of competence and capability and Ericsson-LG has been very impressed with Pragma’s commitment and performance. The combination of Ericsson-LG’s Unified Communications portfolio and Pragma’s channel and sales capability has proven to be a winning combination in the UK market’.
Ahed Alkhatib, Head of Enterprise Solutions international sales division of Ericsson-LG, said “Ericsson-LG have decided to build on the early success and momentum by forging a closer relationship with Pragma and we will continue to invest in expanding our market share in the UK market with Pragma as our sole distributor.”
Tim Brooks, Managing Director, Pragma commented, “With a world class product portfolio, huge focus on support for the UK market, Ericsson-LG is a fantastic partner. We are excited to be working together to grow our UK market share.”
The distributor added that with a strengthening partnership with Ericsson-LG, Pragma has taken the lead in the distribution of Ericsson-LG’s end-to-end solutions from voice products to data and applications.
“Pragma is founded on the belief that personal and proactive support by building strong relationships with resellers and providing world class products backed up with high quality is the key to success in distribution.”
