Eurotel to Target SMEs

Eurotel, the West Yorkshire based converged telecommunications and data services provider, has launched a totally new voice, data and Internet service, specifically for small to medium sized businesses.

The tailored package of bundled services, which includes broadband, voice, competitive call tariffs and line rental, single bills, network services and one point of contact for all enquiries, puts small and medium sized companies firmly back in control of their telecommunications.

SMEs will benefit greatly from the new offering. Not only will they receive all the voice, data and Internet services they’re likely to need, but they will also receive peace of mind, knowing that one organisation, and not a plethora of service providers, is looking after their telecommunications requirements. This will allow them more time to do what they do best - namely getting on with business.

With over 4 million companies and an annual turnover over £1000 billion, the UK SME market is a vitally important battleground for telecommunications and data services providers like Eurotel.

The Managing Director of Eurotel, Anthony Rex, said: ‘All our experience in this highly competitive market place has led us to believe that SME customers want a number of things from their telecommunications: competitive call pricing, simple, relevant, straightforward services that are easy to install and use, one single consolidated bill, and most importantly, someone they can speak to at a moment’s notice whenever they need to discuss their communication needs. Dealing with one provider saves valuable time, is less stressful and cheaper because time and money isn’t wasted trying to get to speak to the right person. We think our SME service is just what the sector has been waiting for.’
