Former RIM Distribution and European Sales Operations Manager, Paul Richmond, has started working at evolve telecom to drive new business and retention.
Richmond, recently appointed as Sales Director at evolve telecom, has promised to bring his own brand of positive management to one of Vodafone’s top platinum partners. Following the acquisition of CBS Communications by evolve last year, Richmond has been appointed to further strengthen the senior leadership team and drive organic growth within one of Vodafone’s largest Platinum partners. Already he has made substantial changes to the business structure and has increased the sales team in his drive for new business and better service.
He comments, “We have great talent, skills and knowledge across this organization and it’s key that we manage this accordingly and align resources exactly to our customer’s needs – ensuring that they have the best possible experience”. He adds, “We need to stand out in our competitive environment and a clear way of doing this is to understand change and then react with the right plan and execute perfectly. Over the next few months we are looking at several acquisition opportunities along with new products in order to become a total one stop shop for telecommunications services – it’s very exciting!”
