The new appointment comes as bOnline prepares for another year of more than 300% growth in its VoIP business after a record 2019. bOnline continues to build by serving the needs of micro-businesses, a market segment that has always been underserved by traditional service providers.
Burckhardt brings a wealth of industry experience to bOnline having held roles at BT, Telefonica and MTS in Russia. Up until June of 2019, he was Managing Director of Vonage UK, where he achieved double-digit year on year growth over the last five years.
