Excalibur of Swindon has introduced a new Managed Print Service (MPS) to its communications portfolio. Already providing managed solutions for mobiles, IT, fixed line and broadband, Excalibur has partnered with Click Holdings to provide a print offering which will help businesses save money, as well as improve productivity, security and sustainability by becoming more efficient with their printing administration.
By utilising software solutions, Excalibur believes it can reduce print and paper wastage by up to 25% – often achieving this without the capital expenditure typically required to fund new equipment.
Chris Hyatt, Director, Information Security at Click Holdings, commented: “Partnering such a customer-focused business as Excalibur Communications creates an immediate advantage because trust from their customer base is so strong. Businesses can confidently put good faith in Excalibur that they will deliver managed print with the same top levels of service to complement the benefits they already gain from enhanced communications”.
Hyatt also said that the new partnership is already providing a roadmap for customers to reduce the number and types of printing devices and supplies. This print hardware and process streamlining exercise would typically result in savings of between 10-20%.
