Exchange Communication, Scotland’s only Avaya Silver Enterprise Partner has announced a strategic partnership with New Media Software, to deliver vertical market applications based around Adaptive products.
Following an intensive training schedule, Exchange had launched a number of vertical market solutions based upon IP Office and Adaptive applications that are targeted at market sectors including healthcare, retail and automotive.
Speaking about the agreement, William Masheder, Sales Manager of Exchange said “We wanted to be able to deliver business led solutions to our customers. The Adaptive applications enable us to do this by providing cost justifiable and provable business benefits.
