The Redwood Portal is Vaioni’s Channel Partner tool which enables you to manage your account with Vaioni online, but more importantly allows you to easily order Ethernet and Broadband services online via an automated ordering process irrespective of the operator you choose. Vaioni are the only Tier 2 ISP in the UK to provide the Channel with an online ordering tool for both Ethernet & Broadband, making it easier for Channel Partners to procure Telecoms services.
So what are the new features and how will they benefit you?
As a Vaioni Channel Partner you can now order a variety of Managed Ethernet services directly on the portal. This includes both EFM and Fibre services from the largest range of operators the UK currently has to offer. Speeds range from 1mb to 1Gb, including the new up to 35mb EFM service from BT.
Along with Vaioni’s extraordinary managed services you are now able to get quotes for and order Wires Only Internet Leased Lines on Redwood. Again the options include EFM and fibre from 1mb to 1Gb. Wires only puts you, the partner, in the driving seat. You will still benefit from the largest UK Ethernet Aggregation Fabric, but because you will be able to manage, diagnose faults and maintain the circuit yourself you have a much greater level of control.
This option is available to all partners so if you would like to discuss if the wires only model is for you the Channel Team are happy to talk through the options with you.
Channel Partners can now order BT and O2 broadband services online with the option to purchase Enhanced Care and hardware. We offer a range of standard and business products with and without caps and will be introducing FTTC and FTTP in the near future.
Last, but my no means least, is our Layer2 Ethernet quoting and ordering tool for Vaioni Wholesale customers. You are now able to order both monitored and wires only Layer2 Ethernet services from the portal back to your chosen NNI. This, as with the other options described, allows you to order EFM & Fibre at a variety of speeds.

All of this is made possible by Vaioni’s online ordering process that means you don’t need to worry about the inefficiency and hassle of filling in hard copies of paperwork, faxing or using scan to email. Also, if any mistakes are made it is also now possible to re-order the circuits online without have to fill in the whole form again.
