Executel Scores a Hatrick

Communications specialist Executel is celebrating after securing lucrative contracts with three of the North East’s top law firms.

In the space of just three months, Gateshead-based Executel has been appointed as service provider for Tilly Bailey & Irvine, Punch Robson and Askews Solicitors resulting in contracts worth a combined £90,000.

Of Executel’s success, John Robson, account manager said: “The three solicitors we have signed up are major players in the North East legal sector and we are therefore both honoured and delighted to be working with each of them to provide telephony, line and call services.

“Over the years, we have established an extensive portfolio of over 2,000 clients, a number of which are solicitors and law firms. These businesses tend to have multiple sites and are looking for a unified approach to communications which requires an IP solution, a technology in which we specialise.

“Tilly Bailey & Irvine, Punch Robson and Askews all have their own very specific communications requirements and we are therefore working closely with each firm to fully understand and meet their needs with bespoke packages of products and services.”

Chris Caley, IT manager for Punch Robson added: “Our new state of the art telephone system has already significantly improved call flow throughout the firm thus enabling clients to contact our branch offices and departments more quickly and efficiently.

“From a technical point of view, Executel’s solution has made my job much easier as I can now configure individual telephones across all branch offices directly from my PC.”

Executel’s triple contract win comes during a period of both operational and financial success for the firm. Executel is currently on target to achieve revenues in excess of £7m within the next six months and has recently been nominated for the prestigious ‘UK Reseller of the Year’ title at the Comms Business Awards 2007, the final of which is to be held in June.
