Exertis Micro-P has announced that The Layer, a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) service for B2B mobile, fixed line and IT resellers, is now a Conect Affiliate. With modules for marketing, sales, customer service and commission reconciliation, The Layer helps resellers to manage every area of their business by giving them access to live performance data.
The Layer enables users to have a greater control of business performance. Customers have seen increases in profits of up to 67% when using The Layer’s resources, through growing sales teams, improving existing performance and expanding into new product areas.
Michelle Livingstone, managing director at The Layer, said: “Using The Layer, resellers can take control of their businesses, deal with problem areas quickly whether it is poor quality or quantity of leads, low sales conversion rates, slow order processing or ineffective customer service. Having access to the right information frees up time to focus on business strategy, leadership and innovation whilst tackling any performance weaknesses in the quickest timescales. Those qualities will enable resellers to gain the greatest competitive advantage.”
Simon Woodman, UK business development director at Exertis Micro-P, commented on the new partnership: “The Layer provides an important service for resellers in terms of enabling higher control over customers and potential clients, which directly results in healthier business and bigger profits. We look forward to working with The Layer over the coming months in its new role as a Conect Affiliate.”
The Layer is designed to help large resellers gain return on investment for acquisitions, and resellers with growth ambitions to streamline processes and manage sales teams, as well as help all sized companies look after existing customers.
“We’re thrilled to be working with Exertis Micro-P. The partnership is ideally suited to our business which is focused more on product innovation, development and consultancy. Exertis Micro-P provides access to our core market and ensures that we can help their resellers to gain a competitive advantage through increased efficiency,” concluded Livingstone.
By working with Exertis Micro-P, resellers will receive a significant discount on the standard licence cost of The Layer and also receive preferential rates for any consultancy options.
