Exertis Micro-P and NEC Offer Free Call Management Training

Exertis Micro-P are pleased to announce that we are running, in partnership with NEC, a free of charge NEC Mycalls Technical and Sales Training course on 4th February 2014. The one day course, which would normally cost £150 to attend, has been developed for resellers to send both a sales and engineering delegate to the event. The sales person will undergo training on how to sell the call management and call recording solutions whilst the engineering delegate will be educated in how to install and configure the solution to the customers’ requirements.

John Bird, Head of Systems and Support Services and Exertis Micro-P explained “As part of our proactive ethos, we work with our suppliers to offer bespoke training to the channel and this free of charge course will allow our resellers to increase order values by incorporating call management as part of the solutions they offer their customers. This is an ideal opportunity for resellers wishing to on board with NEC to do so with no barrier to entry. NEC have already launched a highly successful online training portal for SL1100 solutions, where resellers can be accredited to install these solutions for as little as £99.”
