Exertis are jointly running a series of product roadshows with Samsung to showcase the launch of the latest incarnation of its Call Management Solution (CMS) applications suite.
The new version of the CMS fully integrates with the Samsung telephone system allowing users to manage all aspects of the call reporting, call recording, real time and historic call stats and agent status and activity across the whole Samsung UC Estate.
Kelly Maynard, Samsung UC Business Manager at Exertis, explains “The roadshow events are being held at Samsung Offices in the south and in our brand new National Distribution Centre in the north. The latter event will allow reseller partners to see first-hand the over £40M investment we’ve made in our state-of-the-art logistics centre and understand exactly how Exertis’ Channel only distribution model & applications attachment ethos can help reseller partners increase order values and expand on their product knowledge. CMS is a key application within Samsung’s portfolio and these roadshows will allow our partners to touch, feel and play with the applications in our live demonstration areas and fully understand that this isn’t just a version upgrade, it’s a new suite of applications engineered from the ground up”.
Events will be held at Samsung Offices in Chertsey on 24th May and at the new Exertis NDC in Burnley on 1st June, where resellers that attend will benefit from bespoke launch incentives and free of charge product training.
