Exertis, in partnership with Samsung, have held two roadshow events to launch the new suite of Samsung Call Management and Recording applications to the Channel. The events were held in Chertsey and also at Exertis’ new £40M+ National Distribution Centre at Burnley Bridge.
Resellers were able to learn that the new CMS suite allows end users to manage all aspects of the in depth call analytics, call recording, real time & historic call stats and agent status activity across the whole Samsung estate from a single web browser interface.
Kelly Maynard, Samsung UC Business Manager at Exertis commented “ Samsung call management has been revitalised through this new edition of Business Analytics and Call Recording. This visual browser-based application adds value to partner product portfolios. Our channel roadshows demonstrated how application attachment can increase order values and provide demonstrable ROI for the reseller while delivering a vast array of business benefits for the end user, notably the delivery of immediate insight into business activity, increased operational efficiency, optimised decision making and importantly allows the customer to stay ahead of the competition by understanding exactly what’s happening with their own business with live analytics”
“We have existing partners that attach CMS solutions to 100% of their system sales to deliver a true solution to their end users” continues Kelly. “The feedback received from these events was fantastic and many other partners are readdressing their sales strategies to attach CMS applications with every order, with the next step for us to deliver sales and technical training to the channel over the forthcoming weeks”.
