Resellers facing financial difficulties now have the opportunity to sell up rather than face the prospect of sliding into administration or shutting up shop altogether. Channel veteran Chris Jagusz, has teamed up with back-office specialist Anthony Silver to create JSDTA, a private equity-backed venture designed to help troubled resellers turning over £1m-£5m.

“We know that even when times are hard, there’s value to be had in a reseller. If your business is under pressure and funding is drying up, we may be able to help, so please talk to us,” said Jagusz, whom we know from his days at BT Indirect Channels in its glory days, then Openreach and latterly Eurotel.
