Comms Business Live will be reporting directly from Singapore next week as Avaya kicks off its Experience Avaya event for the APAC region. Viewers can catch up with all the action live on the Comms Business website or by following the #Ideas2Inspire hashtag on social media.
Avaya’s top execs will be on-stream discussing the opportunities presenting themselves in the APAC region for partners especially around the cloud UC and Contact Centre markets.
In a recent blog post about the event, Nidal Abou-ltaif, President of Avaya International commented, “APAC businesses really are spoiled for choice when it comes to cloud right now: AWS leads the market with 24% market share and eight (and growing) cloud regions in APAC, but Alibaba Cloud and others have their own compelling offers – and a number of them are making strong inroads into digital banking. And let’s not forget that Google just launched Google Cloud in Seoul, with plans to expand into two new cloud regions in Indonesia soon.”
Nidal will be joining the stream to talk about his cloud vision and update partners with some exciting announcements.
Avaya has been investing heavily in its ecosystem of alliance partners to enable partners to go after the next big market opportunities such as the role of Artificial Intelligence in the customer experience. Avaya and its growing ecosystem of alliance partners are working together to accelerate these transformations for businesses around the globe.
Watch out for the deep dive into the convergence of UC and CC, and how the next wave of feature-rich communications platforms are driving massive efficiencies for both customer-facing talent and employees working behind the scenes – all while delivering stand-out customer experiences.
