Exponential-e Appoints New CFO

Exponential-e today announced the appointment of Henry Pepperall as Chief Financial Officer. Pepperall will report into Chief Executive Officer, Lee Wade and will serve on the company’s Senior Management Team.

Pepperall has extensive experience leading financial operations for high-growth businesses. His experience spans 23 years, starting at Vauxhall Motors where he remained for a number of years before moving on to international electrical giant, Electrolux, where he rose to Financial Controller turning a loss making services division in to a profitable one.

Most recently, he served as Financial Director at technology reseller, Kelway, overseeing acquisitions and a management buyout before managing the completion of the CDW acquisition of Kelway in 2015.

The appointment follows a number of key strategic hires this year as the company expands its leadership team, which includes the appointment of Jazz Sandhu as Marketing Director, who re-joins the firm after serving as Head of Marketing for two years from 2012-2014.
