The appointments signify Extreme Networks’ focus on strengthening its channel engagement in the UK, by providing its partners with ongoing training and opportunities for market development to support them in growing their own revenues.

Extreme Networks is currently partnered with 36 resellers nationwide, eight of which are Platinum and Gold members. With over 15 years channel experience and a history of successful channel development at both 3Com and HP, Steve Johnson will lead its channel program with plans to increase the number of overall partners, with particular emphasis on growing the Platinum partner base. Assisting him, with 10 years experience, Chris Elliott takes responsibility for the Silver partner base and cultivating the next generation of Gold partners.
