Proximity Communications plc, a fast growth unified communications and managed service provider based in the Thames Valley, has achieved ShoreTel Gold Accreditation status in addition to recognition from Avaya with a ‘Partner in Customer Excellence” designation, following significant investment in technical development and training across the organisation.
Proximity Communications has now become the fastest growing partner for ShoreTel and is one of only three businesses with ShoreTel Gold Status across the whole of EMEA. That status has been achieved through sales exceeding the Gold revenue target of USD$600,000 and by meeting other detailed accreditation requirements.

Following the announcement in July of Proximity achieving Avaya Data Expert accreditation, the company has now also been recognised as a ‘Partner in Customer Excellence’ by the vendor. The accolade follows the annual Avaya Customer Satisfaction Survey, which rated Proximity highly (a score of 4.4 or higher out of a possible 5) across elements such as technical knowledge and support, understanding of the client business and overall partner relations. The designation also carries important benefits such as recognition in the Avaya Partner Locator.
