ShoreTel has announced that FCS Global, an Ireland-based global independent communications company that provides communication solutions including voice, data and networking, has been named an Authorised Partner. FCS can now offer ShoreTel unified communications solutions to its selection of small, medium and large corporate clients across the UK and Irish markets.
Brian Hagan, chief executive officer at FCS Global, said, “We are delighted to become a value-added solution provider for ShoreTel. I expect the relationship between the two organisations to advance and grow both our market shares in the unified communications industry”.
He added, “We have installed and are using ShoreTel’s IP phone system with unified communications and contact centre throughout the FCS Global worldwide network. This makes it easier to recommend the ShoreTel system to our clients, as we are satisfied customers ourselves.”
FCS Global was primarily formed as a support service provider in the Irish market for contact centres and enterprise networks before it expanded to provide global services for multinational clients, adding multi-technology platform capabilities, specialising in legacy and IP Voice technologies.
“We are excited to be working so closely with FCS Global. It is a company with over 500,000 ports serviced globally, and a worldwide outreach,” said Adrian Hipkiss, ShoreTel’s vice president & managing director EMEA. “Our partnership will enable FCS to offer ShoreTel UC platforms to its extensive client base, providing them with sophisticated systems while maintaining an affordable price-point and user-simplicity.”
