Belfast telecommunications business, Fenix Solutions, has launched a fleet of branded vehicles onto the roads to mark the tenth anniversary of its contract with vehicle management business Agnew Corporate.
Fenix, an independently owned business based on the Castlereagh Road which supplies telephone and network solutions to businesses of all sizes across Ireland, has invested into redeveloping its brand to reflect the company’s consistent growth in recent years, as Managing Director Kieron McGuire explains,
“We pride ourselves on being a small Northern Ireland business that relies on the importance of a one-on-one, personalised service and dedicated helpdesk for customers. Our focus is on delivering the exact tools that local businesses need in order to work more efficiently and effectively. This model continues to work for us, and since 2007 we have noticed a 60% growth in sales,” said Kieron.
“In an era when call centres and outsourced helpdesks are all the more common, we think the value of a personalised service is what allows us to build long standing customer relationships, such as that with Agnew Group.
“To mark the tenth anniversary of that relationship and to launch our new revitalised brand image, we felt it was fitting for our engineers to literally take our new look on the road, with a suite of branded vehicles. Our new brand identity and marketing campaign is a reflection of our growth plans and our commitment to driving customer relationships, such as that with Agnew Corporate, far into the future.”
Nigel Skilling of Agnew Group added, “Fenix Solutions and Agnew Corporate have been working together for ten years to make business communications better; with outstanding results. We are proud of the ongoing relationship we have with this highly skilled Belfast business.”
