Internet Service Providers (ISP) Zen Internet has maintained its Which? Recommended Broadband Provider status, topping the satisfaction tables for the fifth time in a row.
Zen’s Recommended Broadband Provider status revealed five stars for reliability, connection speed, customer service and technical support. Zen has now impressed the satisfaction tables at Which? for the last seven years, making this its twelfth Which? endorsement. In March last year Zen was also the only ISP to receive the Which? endorsement, ‘Best Buy for Broadband’.
“Zen Internet is the best – it has retained the top spot in our survey for the fifth time in a row. It might not win hearts and minds when it comes to value – but it was awarded five stars for every other aspect of its service and received an overall customer score of 84%,” said Which?
The survey was based on results of an online survey of over 10,000 Which? online panels members about their broadband experiences to find the best providers. The customer satisfaction score (as a percentage) is based on overall satisfaction and their likelihood to recommend the ISP to a friend.

Zen’s new telephone line services, Home Talk and Business Talk provide the same high level of service and support as Zen’s award winning broadband for both home and business customers. Home Talk and Business Talk will provide a one-stop-shop for both broadband and telephone services. Customers now have the benefit of being able to use Zen for talking as well as surfing, by only having to deal with one supplier saving both time and money.
