Flexibility-the Key to More Call Recording Sales

Call recording manufacturer Retell cites its flexible price options, rental option and choice of systems as major factors in significant wins by resellers and in the recruitment of more resellers in recent weeks. At a trade price of £4,600 and £7,500 respectively Retell’s 30 and 60 channel Sense Call Analyser recording systems are bucking the downward economic trend.

Sense is available with fully integrated call management, which will not only records calls but according to Retell will also improve a customer’s business performance-critical where businesses are monitoring cost and performance. If a reseller hits a price objection Sense can be offered without call management and/or without a server for a customer to integrate into his own infrastructure.

Even with trade prices as low as £3150 for a 30 channel ISDN E1 recording interface Retell has introduced a new rental scheme which enables resellers to maintain the same 40% profit margin achieved on outright sales. This new rental option enables customers to try a system then choose to continue with rental, buy outright with some of their payments reimbursed or lease. Steve Cobley, Head of Business Development at Retell said, ‘We would actively encourage resellers to use their own leasing package but our new rental scheme, our price options for Sense and our free customer facing visits gives resellers more opportunities to win more business”

Retell has recently announced that mobile BlackBerry call recording will soon be an option on its Sense Call Recording platform and Ruby Line Voice Server. Cobley continues, “ With BlackBerry mobile recording, SIP trunk and digital extension recording, voice and fax servers, music on hold, a range of single desk recording solutions and prices to suit all we feel we are well placed to help resellers win more business with some very innovative solutions.”
