Flight Simulator Help EE Sales Take Off

Distributors
Mainline Digital Communications has announced the latest stage of its Summer of Speed promotion, offering dealers the chance to take control of a Boeing 747-400 jumbo jet in a British Airways flight simulator experience.

To enter, dealers simply need to make new voice or data EE business connections in August and to register each customer IMEI and their own details on the promotion page at www.mainline.uk.com. Every logged business connection entitles the dealer to one entry into the prize draw, which will take place on Wednesday 18th September.

The winner, plus an additional guest, will visit the BA training facility near Heathrow and will fly a flight simulator normally reserved for the exclusive training of professional pilots.

They will be given a 30-minute pre-flight briefing covering flight deck instruments, controls and systems. Then, under the instruction of a British Airways pilot, they will have the use of the simulator for one hour, during which they will be at the controls from take-off to touchdown, including start-up and shut-down.

“Taking control of a multi-million pound, full motion flight simulator promises to be a thrilling experience,” says Mainline managing director Andrew Boden.

“The entire Summer of Speed campaign has captured the imagination of our dealers and their teams,” says Andrew Boden. “4GEE is all about speed and the opportunities it creates for customers. This promotion has reinforced that message and has motivated dealers to make the most of EE’s leading position in the 4G marketplace.”
