FMC demands a flexible billing solution

Aurora Kendrick James (AKJ) recognises that convergence provides resellers with a great opportunity to demonstrate their ability to really understand their customers’ needs and to create tailored services and solutions that will radically improve the effectiveness and profitability of their customers through enhanced communications.

One of the key components to successfully providing long term FMC solutions will be a flexible billing and management information platform which can support the customer and reseller to manage all aspects of the service, delivered on a single bill.
