Pitt continues, “Since becoming involved with the Asterisk community, we developed an appreciation of the whole spectrum of user engagement with this telephony toolkit and that different users require different levels of service and assistance – more so than in the proprietary world.”

Currently, visitors to the site can purchase analog and digital Digium cards, polycom handsets, Switchvox IP PBX appliances, licenses and cold spares. Foehn intends to expand its product range to also list third party complementary software in the very near future.
The launch of voipfoehn.co.uk comes on the same day as Digium announce its release of the HX8 series of hybrid analog/BRI interface cards. The HX8 series allows you to mix analog and ISN-BRI on a single full-height, half-length PCI or PCI-Express card.
