Panaramix allows business users to keep in touch with field-based workers, manage jobs remotely and deploy resources without the massive expense usually associated with field service software. It also provides a lone worker solution.
The efficiencies that the Panaramix application offers has, until now, been available to blue chip companies with deep pockets and dedicated IT resources. But this month Fone Logistics is launching the product on a 3 share plan bundle, which can run off a standard Nokia mobile.
Fone Logistics sales and marketing director, Julien Parven, said: “We are all excited about distributing this brand new software to our dealers. Panaramix is a business tool that includes a mobile handset tracking system, a lone worker solution, job management and will incorporate data capture in the future.
“Simple, low cost and modular in nature, it suits any type and size of business on any mobile network,” added Parven. “The fact that Panaramix is so simple and works on a Nokia mobile phone opens up a new raft of efficiencies to any business that uses employees in the field. Utilising the type of mobile phone that many remote employees already have and are familiar with just makes practical sense to all involved.”
Panaramix managing director, Chris Everitt, said: “Managing a remote workforce is not the easiest job in the world. As part of Fone Logistics’ marketing push, it has also launched a competition to allow lone workers across the country to win the software for 12 months, as well as an Asus Eee laptop with mobile broadband capabilities to power the head office module. The winner will also win the mobile handsets with a 3 network line rental.
Fone Logistics is also offering dealers a full support package to begin selling Panaramix, complete with a £25 box bonus on all connections generated.
