A new IT and Telecoms project management business has launched in the UK. Inrich consulting is led by Richard Tucker and was formed in response to perceived need for skilled project managers who understand communications technologies. Richard has held senior management roles in carrier, government and private enterprise environments. The company is founded on significant experience delivering communications projects for resellers and end-user organisations covering over 10,000 end points and budgets of £31 million.
Inrich consulting provides a number of services for the reseller community. The Project Office-in-a-Box (POB) service is for resellers who want to implement a formal project management capability within their organisation but with minimum time and cost. The Virtual Project Office (VPO) service provides resellers with an expert project management capability but for significantly less cost than a full time resource.
As part of launching in the UK inrich consulting is offering Comms Business readers a free “Project Management Makeover” workshop. The half-day workshop is targeted at resellers and distributors who do not have a mature project management process in place. The objective is to provide a key understanding of the methods to manage successful projects in addition to identifying the key steps to implementing a project management capability into your own organisation.
