Freedom was successful after undergoing a competitive procurement process, with other suppliers of telephony and voice communications technology. To gain Catalist accreditation Freedom had to successfully complete an extensive review process which covered telephony and voice communication technology.
Freedom was required to demonstrate the quality of its offerings and its ability to deliver quality voice solutions. This was achieved by providing examples of successful installations and detailing internal processes such as after sales service and technical support systems within Freedom’s operation. Freedom’s customers were also approached for comment on the company’s quality of service.
