The deal, which is in place with immediate effect, allows Frequency to sell and market to both RPC’s and Frequency’s customer bases. The range of high quality handsets that RPC refurbishes at its Norfolk facilities includes perennial Nokia favourites such as the 6021 and 6230i, together with the newer, high demand 5500 and 6300 models, which are all supplied with full 12 month warranties.
Frequency’s managing director, Gareth Limpenny, said this arrangement benefits both parties: “Refurbished handsets are proven to be popular across the mobile channel as they offer additional margin on devices that are often difficult to source. We’ve been successful with the product for some time and now we’re delighted to be working with RPC as their sole UK distributor. We feel that combining RPC’s skills in production with Frequency’s expertise in sales and marketing will increase the business opportunity for our two companies and for our customers.”
