Frontier Voice & Data, the leading telephony and data network services provider, has launched its new service ‘Frontier Electronic Ordering’ allowing dealer and reseller partners to provision network services for their customers via the Frontier online partner portal. Following secure log-in to the portal, partners are now able to order and track a range of services from Frontier’s extensive portfolio of voice and data solutions.
The launch of ‘Frontier Electronic Ordering’ is the latest significant development this year in a series of business expansion moves by Michael J Thornton, Frontier’s Sales & Marketing Director, and aimed at growing its channel.
Michael recruited three new Business Development Managers during the summer and he also completely overhauled the company’s website adding a secure partner portal. Furthermore he added key new products that the channel required. The resultant changes have seen Frontier achieve record sales in the current trading year, increase its channel partner base through targeted recruitment and driven the business forward on a secure financial footing.
Commenting on the new electronic ordering service, Michael said, “Supporting our partners and making it easy for them to do business with us is the key to expanding the business model. Electronic ordering is the latest piece in the jigsaw to establish Frontier as the ‘Reseller of Choice’ in the comms market. ‘Frontier Electronic Ordering’ will allow Frontier’s partners to expedite their orders in the final quarter with the most successful joining the Frontier team for the annual all inclusive ski incentive trip in Austria during January.
