The voice and data network services provider is offering the service free of charge to dealers until September, as long as customers sign a 12 month contract. After the free introductory period standard charges apply.
The data back-up service is available in two variants aimed principally at SME customers. A single PC online back-up service for up to 20Gb is available for just £4.20 a month. A single server back-up service is available for £16.80 a month for 20Gb with additional 20Gb increments charged at £5.25 a month. Frontier reseller partners can add their own mark up to the service and it can be supplied as a ‘white label’ service where appropriate.
Frontier Voice and Data say that installation is easy and straightforward providing resellers with a simple ‘up-sell’ for their broadband customers. With disaster recovery an increasing concern even among SME and micro businesses, online data backup is in growing demand.
