Frontier Voice and Data announces its ‘MyIP’ brand for channel

Switchless reseller Frontier Voice and Data has launched the MyIP hosted IP telephony service as part of the rebranding of its services portfolio. The company says the new ‘MyFrontier’ brand range includes a range of services such as hosted, mobile and data in addition to voice minutes.

Frontier’s MyIP combines web-based call handling features, soft phone technology and Outlook integration. Conferencing facilities are also in-built. Frontier says the service is designed to be easy to sell, implement and use. The new ‘MyFrontier’ brand range includes the MyIP hosted solution, MyMobile, MyNet data / MPLS solution, MyInbound and MyNS Network Services.

Commenting on the launch of MyIP, Michael J Thornton, Sales & Marketing Director, for Frontier Voice & Data said, “Frontier MyIP comes with all the features expected of hosted IP solutions but the added value we deliver is that the service is so easy to sell, flexible and simple to use. We provide access to our hosted IP portal allowing channel partners to easily build a customer quote, place orders, and access marketing collateral and support documentation – all in just a few clicks.”
