Frontier Voice & Data's Michael Thornton wins at London Club

The first Comms Business Golf Society event of 2012 sponsored by Voicenet Solutions took place on 8th March at The London Club and was a great event attended by 48 of our members.

The Heritage Course, a regular on the European Tour proved a superb test for a mixed field from single figure handicappers to novices. The course which was in excellent condition enjoyed glorious sunshine all day and temperatures were unseasonally kind! The greens were super fast and caught us all out with more three putts recorded than ever before! 32 points won the day demonstrating just how hard the course played… a great way to kick start the year and get our members practising!

Michael Thornton of Frontier Voice & Data won out on the day with an impressive 32 points well earned in extremely tough conditions. Michael raised the Channel Cup above his head modestly revelling in victory. Comms Businesses own Jamie Crawford was close behind losing on count back!
