Fused Webcalls, part of the Fused Group, has re-developed their IP telephony services and is launching new products for the UK channel marketplace in April.
The re-working of the Fused Webcalls product portfolio is a result of Fused’s industry research and analysis into IP telephony technologies coming of age and a growing understanding within the Channel of the attractive commercials VoIP can offer end users.
The new product portfolio includes 5 core products that individually or in combination offer solutions to address all commercial VoIP requirements. Webcalls Connect is a SIP trunks solution for SMEs to exploit call savings with a minimum of infrastructure change, Webcalls Hosted is a flexible, rich featured hosted IP PBX solution, Webcalls Office is an on-site IP PBX to maximise existing PBX expenditure, Webcalls Mobile is an exciting offering for the channel as it is a roaming VoIP account for mobile phones, PDAs and laptops which allows for free on-net calls between mobile devices – making cost effective global mobile working a reality and finally Webcalls Record, a call recording solution ideal for all companies, irrespective of call volume.
