The distributor says the Prysmian OAsys Connectivity range provides total fibre management in a compact footprint. Single fibre or single circuit management is available depending on the network requirements. The range includes products for each part of today’s communication networks, trunk, metro or access. Classified into Central Office, External and Customer products, the products are designed to be compatible with both traditional cable installations and blown fibre from the Prysmian Sirocco Blown Fibre range.
Auriga adds that in order to ensure utterly reliable operation as the network evolves, fibre management has been taken to a new level. Total control of fibre, tube and cable routing ensures that as transmission speeds increase and Wavelength Division Multiplexing is employed to further increase the network capacity, the lowest and most stable optical losses are achieved.
