Fuze puts professional services into partner’s hands

Fuze has expanded its Global Partner Program to enable partners to deliver Fuze professional services.

Through the Fuze Global Partner Program (GPP) for Professional Services, certified partners are able to deliver professional services and rapid service deployments for the Fuze platform.

The program enables partners to cross-sell their services as part of the Fuze deployment to boost renewal rates and add business value by strengthening the implementation process.

“As the communications and collaboration market continues to be a growth opportunity for the channel, we’re launching the Fuze GPP for Professional Services program to ensure that our partners maintain excellent customer satisfaction during and after deployments,” said Chris Doggett, Chief Sales Officer, Fuze. “The program also supports Fuze’s overall growth strategy to empower our partners to accelerate deployments, improve end-user productivity and end-user experiences, and provide cost savings by leveraging the Fuze unified collaboration platform.”

In February, Fuze announced the expansion of its Global Partner Program to include the option for select partners to resell its solution. The initiative is an integral part of the company’s international growth strategy, with an objective to increase customer implementations through partners.
