Gamma Broadens Partner SIP Offerings Abroad

Gamma has announced that it’s now able to give its channel partners the ability to deliver SIP services outside of the UK, helping maximise the opportunities in the market and offering an integrated international footprint. This development has been driven by demand from Gamma’s partners, particularly those in the enterprise market that are seeing international and pan-European opportunities.

The European VoIP market is growing strongly as a result of regulatory moves, more businesses moving to SIP as part of their UC strategy and more businesses recognising the benefits of integrating their voice and data networks.

A typical international SIP deployment with Gamma will allow channel partners to connect UK operations to required international destinations and offer an integrated voice platform. The service can deliver a consistent pan-European service wrap providing a single point of contact, contract and billing, in-country end to end access, regulatory adherence, local breakout and number management.

Paul Wakefield, SIP Trunking Product Manager at Gamma commented: “This latest development is all about supporting our UK channel partners who are finding international opportunities and enabling them to deliver those services. Initially, our international SIP service will support 11 European destinations in addition to the UK, but we intend to extend that geographical reach moving forward”.

Paul Anderson Operations Director at ITPS comments: “ITPS are a global solutions provider including Telephony amongst other things. We are seeing more and more opportunities to provide SIP services outside of the UK and through Gamma’s international SIP solution, we can now maximise these opportunities, extending our capability internationally. This is yet another example of how Gamma listens to our business needs and supports us to deliver our strategy for growth”.
