Gamma In Social Housing Telecoms & Services Deal

Gamma Network Solutions has been chosen as a key telecommunications and network services provider to the UK’s social housing sector. Gamma is one of just six vendors selected by Procurement for Housing (PfH) under a framework agreement aimed at delivering savings and best value to social landlords and their tenants.

The agreement covers fixed, mobile and unified communications. It means social landlords can pick and choose from a short list of pre-qualified vendors with the assurance that they are getting the latest technology, value-for-money services.

Gamma, which already counts more than 50 social landlords among its customers, believes it is particularly well placed to meet the needs of the social housing sector. “Our social housing customers say three things make us stand out,” says the company’s Sam Winterbottom.

“Our own next generation network gives our customers a real alternative to the incumbent operators. We are strong in SIP trunking which is a technology crucial to cutting costs for landlords. And our agreements with mobile operators give our customers access to more free or bundled calls,” he said. Gamma additionally provides simple and secure access to detailed billing data.
