To tackle the vast increase of IT Partners and MSPs making a move into the broader voice market, Gamma has introduced a new business channel designed to focus solely on the dedicated new partner onboarding programme. The programme was created in order to implement a more seamless onboarding process in the face of the vast increase of this new breed of partner looking to diversify their product portfolio and add cloud telephony services to their offering.
Commenting on the new structure, Gamma’s Head of New Business – Channel, Mark Lomas comments:
“The aim of the new onboarding programme was to make sure new partners feel sufficiently supported in terms of selling Gamma’s range of products to their customer base from day one of their Gamma partnership. The new programme was designed to make Gamma’s new business processes more efficient across the board, allowing us to make sure, as our partner base continues to grow, we can retain the core focus on providing the very best partner relations, for which we’re renowned. It’s really great to see such positive feedback from our new partners, who were all delighted with the way the onboarding experience immediately made them feel fully equipped as a new Gamma partner.”
