Gartner Includes Mitel in Magic Quadrant

Mitel has announced that the company has once again been recognised by Gartner as a leader in the latest Magic Quadrant (MQ) for Unified Communications (UC). The report focused on the worldwide UC market, is the second Gartner Magic Quadrant in the past four months where Mitel has been acknowledged as a leader in UC. In May, Mitel was also positioned as a leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications for Midsize Enterprises, North America report published May 2015.

“Mitel has given us the ability to have low-cost intercom calling with our various locations so we are always in touch and on the same page. Mitel also allows a smooth transition of telephone services for our afterhours Triage Nurse Call Center and key features such as time-based call routing and call reporting for statistical data are helpful for our IT help desk staff,” said Katie Goutoufas, support center manager for Temple Terrace, Fla.-based Chapters Health System.
