Geo, a Hutchison Whampoa company and leading provider of bespoke fibre networks, announces today that Tiscali UK Limited has signed a 15-year contract with Geo to provide it with a national core network. Tiscali is one of Europe’s main independent European telecommunications companies, with one of the largest and most interconnected IP networks in the world.
Geo is providing Tiscali with dedicated pairs of fibre optic cable and co-location services across the Geo network, from Edinburgh and Glasgow, to London and Bristol, including all major centres in between, to create a bespoke core network for Tiscali. Our use of Geo’s state of the art fibre network will allow us to develop and roll out new products and services to our customers,.”
