Gigaset Communications has certified its Maxwell range on the BroadSoft platform. With the certification of the Maxwell Basic, Maxwell 3 and the new Maxwell 2, the entire Gigaset pro product portfolio is now certified for the platform, including its desktop telephones and IP DECT systems for cordless devices.
Eric Baremans, Head of Interoperability and Technical Sales at Gigaset Communications GmbH: “With our degree in BroadSoft interoperability, we believe we are ready for the future. With its services, BroadSoft reaches the largest part of the cloud PBX market. We are more than happy that our German quality products can now be offered in combination with these cloud PBX and UC solutions. From now on, we offer both resellers and end users a complete portfolio of IP desktop and IP DECT telephones, suitable for the best in class platforms.”
Kai Froese, Head of Business and Connectivity Solutions at Gigaset Communications GmbH: “Interworking with BroadSoft is a strategically important advantage. End users are no longer looking for just a product, but for a communications solution. That’s why Internet Service Providers prefer to offer them a complete product portfolio combined with the right platforms. Since solution wise selling is one of our most important focus points for the coming years, we spent a lot of time setting up our Gigaset pro Software Platform. A team of over one hundred people worked on this platform to support a premium level of interoperability: we are now able to implement features even faster and support resellers and end users even better.”
