Gigaset has launched a partnership with NFON, the provider of a ‘Made in Germany’ cloud solution for business communication.
Key to the partnership is the integration of Gigaset pro’s DECT-IP solutions and the NFON telecommunication platform. Joint customers benefit from advanced features such as auto provisioning for the Gigaset N510, N720 and the related Gigaset pro cordless handsets. In addition, extensions can be completely managed by the NFON Service portal and new handsets can be added remotely via provisioning. Business users also have access to the central phone book via the handsets and benefit from access to the PBX Menu, with features such as call forwarding, hot desking and waiting queues.
